Here is a beautiful fusion of belly dance and fitness. Get a full body workout that slims and tones with a shake and a shimmy. Belly dancing strengthens as well as builds your cardiovascular endurance. IT WAS FUN TO SHARE THE SHIMMY WITH YOU ALL.


6/17 – intenSati

This method of training is based on the teachings of mindfulness, positive psychology and the law of attraction. Joni combines aerobics, martial arts and endurance principles with positive affirmations. The result is an unprecedented practice which is empowering physically and mentally.  Come work your body and your mind.

6/24 – Flirty Girl Booty Beat

When flirty, fabulous dance meets choreography with a strength-driven purpose the result is a fun, effective way to condition the entire body, inside and out!
