A New Tone, A New Flavor . . .

Time has passed since my last post.

I continue to engage my mind, love my body, and create fun, but the game (my life) has changed . . .

The new tone, new flavor may be one of a documentary; sharing my story, life lessons, and an occasional inspiration too.
