What do you do when you’re nervous or anxious about something?  You know what I do?  I DANCE!! I dance crazy, wild, slow, sensually, sexy, powerfully with so much Joni.  It’s raw.  It’s real.  It’s me, simply me and all that I am.  I put the music up real loud on my earbuds attached to my ipod and simply release.  I release stress.  I release outstanding issues from my day.  I release self-imposed demands.  I release and make space to receive.

Recently, I spoke at a networking meeting and I was experiencing the jitters before I left my home.  I was excited and a tiny bit nervous.  I put my IPod on with Muse’s Feeling Good (so hot) and just let loose.  I moved freely without restriction, without judgment.  I was purely present in my skin, feeling the stretch, my hair in my face, my feet on the floor, and embracing the vibe of the song.  It was comforting and sexy at the same time.  I forgot to mention, I did this in the privacy of my home and not as the introduction to my speech.  At the completion of this super hot song, I felt on top of the world.  I felt complete in my sensational, curvy, womanly, fit body and I was completely ready.  I was confident and sure.
