I was at Staples last week, completely aware of my feminine essence, my comfort in my beautiful body, and a gentleman came up to me and he started to sing to me – You Make Me Feel So Young by Frank Sinatra.  It was so adorable.  He didn’t just hum a few bars.  He actually sang to me for at least a couple minutes.

I was tinkled pink by this experience.  I soaked it up in so many ways.

I was in awe by his pure pleasure in singing to me.

I was thoroughly impressed with him sharing his pleasure with another, me.

I was loving his courage to walk up to a complete stranger and begin singing – could you do that?  I don’t think I could do that.  Maybe, I can dance for someone, but not sing.

I was loving that he chose me to sing to as I was basking in the comfort of my curvy, feminine, strong body with enormous gratitude.

I loved it that he sang me a Frank Sinatra song, which reminds me of my Dad immediately.

I was struck by the smiles from the people walking past us.

Imagine if everyone could once a day, take an action to create joy for themselves and share it with another.  Life would be so much kinder and pleasurable.
