I pet my left arm with love and gratitude multiple times during child’s pose in yoga this morning.

I’m still adjusting to how my body shows up at any given moment.

As I fully engage my left arm, it shakes more and more. If I don’t fully engage my left arm, it doesn’t shake.

There’s no pain. It’s all about the comparison of what is to my expectations.

I continue to be aware of my thoughts. I look to feel grounded and actively practice self love.
